TownePlace Suites is the ultimate place to stay in Naples! It is in a great location, has amazing rooms and a fantastic staff. The free breakfast is also delicious. I have stayed there many times and for great lengths of time and they are accommodating to my every need.
Tam is a very personable Assistant General Manager and makes it all come together at the hotel, Liz and Maya are friendly ladies at the front desk who will brighten your day, Santiago is the operations manager that is willing to help every guest with his informative knowledge, Bryan is helpful at the front desk and the housekeeping ladies keep the rooms very clean. They are ladies who will bring you anything extra you request!
I highly recommend staying at TownePlace Suites!!!!!!! Please ask for Tam or Santiago when you get there!

This hotel has such a nice spirit of hospitality. Wonderful to experience. Plus all the basics are covered: clean rooms, respectful housekeeping team, professional and lovely staff. And they have nice art. Grateful for them.

One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at. They remembered me and even brought me a welcome candy because they remembered I always got them last time I stayed. The front desk were soo sweet. I will always be staying here. Amazing experience

Family had 3 rooms here for one night. Brian at the front desk was very friendly and helpful with late check-in, booking error and when we arrived. Thank you! Nice, clean hotel. King suite was roomy and quiet. Enjoyed the stay!

We had a bizarre experience of someone working on the room door without tools without any notice or calling us. We thought they were trying to break in. My husband spoke to the man and he claimed he was changing the battery as the automated lock wasn’t working. I called the front desk, explained what was happening and asked her to confirm the maintenance was genuine. The reply I got was if we were having an issue with the lock she could send someone up! Which made us thinking someone was breaking in. She then said a maid had reported the lock wasn’t working (it was fine). She then called back and said she could send someone who was near by. I have no idea what was actually happening. The suite was poor value for money in general. Dated. Cleaning was not great. There were clumps of hair on the shower when we got there and lumps of egg on the pans. We had to wash everything prior to use.

I stayed here in September for the first time and I have been coming back since. This is a great place to stay. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. I have not had any issues while I stay here. I will be recommending this place to all my friends.

Staff is great. Very nice. Had a family unexpected family emergency. Had to cut the trip short by 1 day. They let me cancel the last day I had (refunded me). And let me check out an hr late. Highly recommend

I stayed here because every other hotel was booked, but this hotel will be my new preferred hotel. The stay was so awesome and the hotel was spotless. This place is really a hidden gem. If anyone needs a hotel, I will highly recommend you stay here.
