Wow.....Sir Charles he calls himself. We buy Chevron gas because we believe it's better for our cars. He tried to charge me $4.38 for a soda refill of 52 ounces and then called me a liar. No longer a dedicated customer with this Clow there.

Spend $75 on gas. Tried to use the restroom they said they are closed. Next time the machines don't print out receipts. Only one kind of creamers for coffee. And the last time no sleeves for coffee. They should change their name from extra mile to stationary.

The credit card reader on the car wash is broken, and there is no sign. I wasted 10 mins trying to get it to work, and then had to wait for 2 cars after having to go pay inside. When I complained to the cashier, she said "we had one but the homeless people keep taking it down", as if that is a suitable excuse. Take responsibility for your mistake. And if you are going to charge 0.30 cents more per gallon, you can afford to put a f* sign and replace it if it blows away (much more likely).

Sale prices only apply with a membership? For a gas station?

Thanksgiving day- my daughter has a low tire pressure light- 2 hours from home-she needed to use the air- which took quarters- she only had dollar bills- they would not make chance- she was forced to sit there for two hours until I got there- she was stared at and didn't feel safe- I am a more than angry parent- no secret why it's 2 stars- oh and I tried to call them- 11 times. No answer. Happy Holidays Chevron, hope your kids get put in that situation

The gas here is a little more expensive. I guess it's to cover for the car wash or something. they have a special on Tuesday (full gas, must be 8 gallons or more, will also give you a free car wash). Note, you must hit 8 gallons minimum. They weren't as strict before but have been since mid of 2011. Then when you drive to the car wash, it's seems very out dated, dirty and sometimes non functional (especially the blower) leaving your car looking dirty from water spot. BTW, they also have pigeon nesting on top of the car wash machine. Overall, it's just a like any other gas station but because of their policy on the full gas tank for a free car wash along with their run down car wash, I gave this gas station a Good review rather than Very Good or Excellent.

Worst customer service . Lady takes her mask off and says that she took it so the people in the back can hear her. Aske to put her mask in and she said no that if I didn't like it I could get out of her store. I told her it was mandatory and she said no no one can tell her anything and I could get out of her store and report her. So much for #Covid19 precautions

I'm writing this review in hopes of some sort of change. Ever since Chevron took over this gas station it has been going downhill as far as customer service and availability. I am deeply disappointed. This used to be my service station of choice. But now I have reconsidered and we'll be looking for a different service station
