These doors are beautiful, elegant and completed the entire look of the bathroom. I would highly recommend True View they were so easy to work with.

Window replacement for my sliding door installed on October 21st @130pm and looks great when there is no direct sunlight reflecting on the window.Wasn’t until the next morning when sun shines on it that you can see the window defect. Called on October 24th and their representative asked for pictures so sent picture. Didn’t get call back as soon as o thought called again and they set up appointment to have someone come look on Nov 1st. Showed the defects to their rep who said he was advised to leave me a no warranty letter. I explained had I been able to see the defect on installation day I would have never let them install the glass its worse than the glass I had replaced. Issue is in between the dual pane is foggy. Upset about no warranty letter called while their rep and was advised to send video and pictures. 2000 dollars for defective glass and still waiting for response.Buyer beware…

I am very happy with the service I received and with our technician Robert. I found this company after our previous glass company stated they would not work on our showers that needed adjusted since they did not install them. I called True View and the receptionist was quick to respond with a quote and dates available to service. Robert came out and was very professional and quick to adjust and fix our shower doors. Everything went very smooth and will use them again for future glass needs!

TrueView was the cheapest quote I received so I went with them. Had the LARGE commercial window installed and originally I thought I made the right choice. Now, fast forward approx 16 months, I was sitting at work and there was a loud crash. I went to see what happened and the window SHATTERED. I couldn't figure out what possibly could've happened because there was literally NO ONE around and the weather was GREAT. I watched the surveillance footage and saw the window literally break from the top and shattered. I called trueview because I couldn't have a wide open hole into my business and they tell me right off the bat there is no warranty because it's been too long (again 16 months). I did have them come for an emergency board up which was about $700 less than the actual window itself. Then I'm supposed to come up with another $1800 at least for the new window. I am a VERY small business owner and summertime in AZ is bad for businesses like mine as they do slow down and $1800 is not pocket change for me. So just fair warning, be careful with this company because it's not their concern if the "quality" that they bring is NOT GUARANTEED and will find a loophole somewhere to not replace their defective or substandard products. And just a footnote, if I didn't have 3 other windows of the same size that have been here since the building was built, and they have had no issues of cracking, breaking, shattering etc I might have a different opinion. Just please beware!

The True View team of Troy and Judd on the beginning engagement, as well as Judy and AnneLisa with updated throughout the engagement were all awesome in addressing our questions. The teams of installers under the supervision of Shawn and Eli were awesome. They came in and performed the removal of the old windows and installation of the new windows over the course of three days. They were very responsive to our needs, questions and kept us informed as the project progressed. We look forward to the benefits of the energy efficiency for many years to come.
