New to town, I went into the store in search of a particular china cabinet. When I asked about it, the woman looked at me like I was from another planet, with the reply "Not in this store!" When I told her the brand website said they carried it, she said they could order it for me. It was backordered online, and I wanted to see it in person before paying a few thousand for it and hoped for quicker delivery. Needless to say, I wouldn't dream of buying from or through that store after her initial rudeness and don't intend to ever go back into Twigs and Roses.
