A GREAT place to visit while you're in downtown Albany!!! It has great food, entertainment, and some awesome little shops to visit also! Defiantly a place to go check out! Plus there's also resources for help upstairs if needed! A GREAT program that's been around since I was a young child!

This is a great boutique mall where you can find some interesting local stores. I hope to see it recover after our pandemic to host more tenants.

Love the new skate shop. The main community areas very dilapidated time for serious business updates. Didn't notice other shops but definitely will be back to Stoked was a lot of fun

Little strip that has a ton of potential but just doesn't have all their spaces filled with the right kind of businesses / tenants. There's nothing that screams come to two rivers market cuz once you get there, unless you like yummy Mexican food, there's absolutely nothing to do or see so your visit will be a little bit disappointing. Like I said, lots of potential but an unusual mix of stuff in there. Just being honest.

Way over priced arcade. Went with the family and there were multiple machines out if order leaving little choice for games. Albany needs a more traditional arcade with a mix of classic and new games.

Outside of building run down and neglected. There is so much potential. It should have a small green grocery and marketing to bring foot traffic. For such a central point in downtown Albany, it shouldn't be such an eye sore.

Mexican restaurant is awesome. Such great service and food.
