True outlet store.

Always got greeted well here. Selection are limited but what they do have is at least 50% off many items and nothing over $50.

Speeks English which is good for Miami area shops.

The selection don't often rotates I have noticed but they put items up as they get them.

I went to the Under Armour Clearence House store at Florida City Outlet Mall and I must say they have the best customer service out of all their competitors (Nike, Puma & Adidas). Once I walked in the store the employee at the front greeted me and asked if the could be of any help. Customer Service is the best I have seen. O’yeah the prices are the best for all their products and they also offer a Military Discount. I found such great deals I ended buying more Under Armour gear. I did meet the Manager Brenda. As a speaker for SHRM conference’s I will incorporate this experience in to my speech. Under Armour House store at Florida City Outlet mall, keep up the great work. I ended up buying 5 other things because of the customer service and the great prices. If your heading to or from the Florida Keys don’t forget to stop in at the Under Armour Factory House.

The associates in this store are amazing. They are knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. I was not going to buy anything but they were so helpful, they helped me find some running clothes. They seem to always have a great sale going on too.

Factory House is like a clearance center for the outlet stores. Clothing was cheaper than the outlet store. Most items are very large sizes xl, 2x, 3x. There are some smaller sizes but not as much. Things like sock are the same as outlet stores - often better to buy in Marshalls, Ross, TJ Max. Definitely worth a look.

Nice store. All the items in the store are 40-50% off depending on the time of the year. You may find excellent bargains. Most of the models are from previous seasons. Don't expect to find the recent models.

Great customer service in store, but the 800 number customer service was terrible. Suggest checking your receipt. Had a 25% off coupon they acted like they used but didn't. Tried to do it through the 800 number and they refused and also said I couldn't return.
