I was walking around the store with a friend holding some earrings i was planning on purchasing- we made our way upstairs and both the manager and an employee followed my friend and I upstairs I thought it was kind of weird they were monitoring us in such a way but kinda shrugged it off. Later the person who I am assuming is the manager came up to me asking about the earrings and where I had put them which I had put them on a shelf at the time, I grabbed them and proceeded to ask if they had them in another color - At this point I realized the had assumed we were in the store to steal despite being well mannered and id like to say well dressed. We showed genuine interest in purchasing items at the store but the interaction was such an insult we left pretty upset by the whole scenario, especially considering there were many other patrons of similar age who were not being stalked weirdly by employees. After speaking w said employee and manager she took the earrings from the to “put them where they belong” even though i was fully going to purchase that day!!! so weird and disappointing. Hope they train their staff better to not misjudge the intentions of loyal customers. 👎👎

This store is a hit or miss. Too PC for me. Prices are pretty high. Bedding is cute. They also have some cute dorm/room decorations. #LocalGuides

This is my fav UO in the area! The layout of the store is spacious and all of the merchandise is displayed beautifully which makes it too easy to shop. The sales associates are always in the best mood and more than willing to help. The managers here are always friendly and helpful as well. I came in before my online order was ready and the whole team did their best to have my items ready when I got there. There was a little bit of a complication with my order but the manager was amazing at figuring it out. It’s hard to visit any other location when this one is so pleasant!

Friendly & helpful staff. I love the design & layout of this store, so architecturally beautiful with the exposed metal & stairs. There is always such a wide variety of all the latest fashions & trends, home decor, record players & vinyls...there really is something for everyone. It just has such a rich layering of different elements to create this great atmosphere.

I wanted to shout out cerelia (sp?) who was so awesome and helped me pick out the best outfits for my upcoming trip. Everyone at this spot was so helpful and patient with me, hard to find a great clothing shop with awesome customer service. GREAT experience.

Honestly only shop the clearance rack her but thank god for it cause I'm moving to nyc and have been intermittently buying winter clothes super cheap. Pro tip shop for winter clothes on the west coast and summer clothes on the east coast. Always stop in UO when I pass one if not buying something its always been a cool shop to browse. I vividly Remember being a young teenager begging and yearning to exclusively shop there and now I'm aware it it's not all that but from time to time I'll splurge or find something cheap. But realistically I'm not as much as a YUPPIE as I'd like to think.
