USA furniture warehouse was extremely helpful! I had been needing the last 3 pieces of my bedroom set for over 6 months as the original vendor I ordered them from kept saying they were out of stock..i contacted USA furniture warehouse and not only did they have then in stock they made sure to send them out right away! We called many place for gold dining set every store said we have in stock accept USA Furniture Warehouse told us dining set available till 3rd week of November. I place ordered from other store more than 7 weeks nothing and nothing, I called direct to manufacture to verify they told us this dining set new arrival item no available at any store in USA. I called USA Furniture Warehouse to place order and thanks for honest. Customer services great and willing to help you with any items you saw from other store.

Found USA Furniture online after much searching for a quality dining room set & master bedroom set. Making such a substantial purchase online was concerning but in the end our experience was outstanding. Purchased a white lacquer Italian made dining room named Roma & master bedroom set named Mangano both made by ESF which are absolutely beautiful. I cannot rave enough about Tom and the outstanding customer service he provided. He made sure the delivery was made in our tight time frame and followed up on every aspect of the order. We had actually picked out a different bedroom set but when Tom saw the dining room set we picked out he suggested the Mangano which we are so glad we purchased as it is absolutely beautiful. Have had many contractors in our new FL home & everyone of them has commented on the stunning dining room & bedroom set. If you are hesitant about purchasing furniture online don't hesitate with USA Furniture as they are outstanding to deal with and we highly recommend.

I was Looking online for Bedroom Set and found USA Furniture website they have a lot nice Stuff and cheapest price on internet with name brands on every items on their website, I called store couple time to see how good the customer Services and verify item available they answer phone all the time 9:00 pm every day. I decided to buy online, Next day Mr. Tam called me and said additional discount $300 more because items not ship to out of state. I come straight to store and talked to Tam they are straight forward explain and advise a lot things you need to know for your investment, WOW that is great services. I recommended this store for indoor and outdoor furnishing and mattresses great price too.

One thing I'm always skeptical about ordering large items or expensive items on line or over the phone. We found this livingroom set, the McFerran Estonia, for our new home. They arrived in excellent condition and are very comfortable. Your sales rep, Tom, was extremely helpful and kind. His customer service and support were right on.

I didn't visit the store personally, but I found their online store. I was shopping around for a dining table that I liked, and USA Furniture Warehouse came up in the search engines. Their prices were great. I was skeptical because I never visited their store, plus they said they had the item in stock. I had visited other stores and they said it would take 3-4 weeks for the set to arrive. I paid online around 4:30 p.m., and the next morning around 9:45 a.m. I had the item in my home. Much thanks to Tam, their manager, for driving over 65 miles to drop off and help assemble the table. I am sure if you live a long way away that it will take some time for your items to get to you, but if you are near the L.A. area, then you might see it much sooner. I expected it to be damaged, or some catch. However, there was none. Hopefully everyone receives the same service as I did.

I have purchased a set from homey design through USA furniture warehouse in September 2021. It’s been almost 9 months and I still have not received my set that I paid almost $11,000 IN FULL. I was told if I paid in FULL I would get my set sooner. Not only have I still not received anything from them… no one even cares to respond to me. I keep emailing them and calling them and they keep lying to me. At first we were supposed to receive it in November. Then they told us there would be delay and we will get in January. Then in January they told us there will be another delay because it’s a Chinese New Years and people are off for A WHOLE MONTH. So we waited again… and THEN there was another delay.. that “COVID” caused . This is unacceptable. I am healthcare professional myself… I have been working in the front lines for COVID for 2 years now. I work so much that the only thing I look forward to is coming home to my bed.. and this company failed to do that for me. Everything can be understandable.. but not to this extend. I have a lot of patience … but not this much. I have been waiting 9 months for this company to improve themselves. I have tried so hard to give them the benefit of the doubt … but this is it. They have the worst customer service that never responds. Completely unprofessional. And now I’m starting to feel that this company is a scam and they stole my money. I don’t know how things run in China, but in the USA.. this is a felony that can shut down their entire company. This is my last warning to this company before I get a lawsuit against them.
