for 26 years we have had US cellular and traded phones many times over the years. But this time I got a phone that simply doesn't work. My son called me 3 times and finally came down worried . The scren goes black and the buttons you push simply do not work. But trying to get them to either give me another phone she said, you have to pay this one off. I have been trying to get the pay off for over 3 months. i want to pay it off cancer the service and get another phone. But they won't answer my calls or even talk to me about it. I have 4 accounts with them my two sons and me and my husband. I have always paid on time for 26 years.

Signed up for the life line program with us cellular in Eufaula Okla, worst mistake I ever made ! I’m still paying for the free government service ! They made me buy a 200 dollar phone and then cut off my free service , because I wouldn’t pay them anymore money , now they have locked that 200 dollar phone and it’s no good ! How do they get by , charging a monthly fee for free service ?and then canceling my service when I can’t pay ?
