When Vance first took over from Irwin it was a little bumpy at first. I had some issues come up from what Irwin had promised when I purchased my vehicle. That had not been conveyed properly to Vance. I was quickly put at ease. When the main manager over both sale’s and services met with me. Mitchel made everything right. He even took on and followed through with the promises made by Irwin’s. He got me into my car which I love and has everything I wanted in a car!!!!

Every time I’ve taken my vehicle in there for services or detailing. Emily has always taken care of me in a friendly and professional manner. When I schedule service or bring up an issue It’s like talking to a friend. I feel comfortable heard and respected. Thank you for always doing a great job!

Service was good. The issue I had for the second time in a row was the tire pressure monitors didn’t work and I had to go back to the service advisor to have a technician reset the tire pressure monitors so they would read from the console. Should have been completed before the vehicle was returned to the customer!

Emily at The service department is very polite and professional. She did her best to give me a smooth repair/service experience and went out of her was to make sure my repairs could be covered under existing warranties. Amber form sales was also really helpful and down to earth. I didn't feel like I had to be on gard and cautious about what I said around her like I do with most salesmen. I would recommend both Emily (if needing service) and amber (if looking to purchase)!

I have been dealing with cars and dealerships for 25 years, and this is by-far one of the worst service centers I’ve dealt in my life. No one answers the phones. It’s hard to get a call-back with information. I tried to service the vehicle at the place I purchased. They never rotated the tires which ultimately caused uneven wear and resulted in new tires having to be bought. Never a sticker in the window telling me the next oil change. They don’t keep parts on the shelves for simple repairs. It was over a week with repair for a spark plug issue.

Last week I called and got the main manager. Sent him my application for a vehicle. He followed up with me, got me financed and was professional. When I came to pick my car up, everyone was friendly. They worked as a team to get my car loan paperwork done. They even filled up my gas tank!! I was very impressed. They truly care
