Ralph was too busy standing watching others work in the back to take care of customers waiting at the counter.

Screw 'em! I'll go elsewhere!

Update, the place I went to today was staffed adequately. There were open bays unlike at Vance. I'll give them my business rather than be scolded by inadequate management. I'll never get brakes, tires or anything from Vance Tire and Alignment.

This was my second visit to Vance. The first time Ralph couldn't fill my tires properly and evenly and I had to go elsewhere to have it done properly. I should have never given them another chance.

They weren't nearly as busy as the reply implies.

They had THREE PEOPLE trying to figure out a common car alignment. I didn't even see anyone else working in the shop!

If the service I received was normal, they can keep it. Scold your customers more! I'm sure you'll go broke as soon as the car service center down the road is completed!

Went by on my lunch break to change out a tire with a slow leak....Mgr came right out and cleared a bay area to get me fixed up right away. Explained and gave me some knowledge in relation to tires that I didn't know. The whole team were really nice and hospitable. I'm definitely going back the next time I need some tires, brakes, alignment etc work done....

Got a flat-tire in the RV and the family-operated team at Vance saved our road trip and got us in and out within an hour! Highly recommend a visit if you are in need of a truck tire fix and in the area!

This Automotive Repair Shop is less than a mile from my home and the times I've needed any kind of repairs, oil changes, tires etc they've been AWESOME!!!!! Whether you are close or a little ways out these are the folks you want working on your vehicle they are honest, extremely knowledgeable, mechanics that truly know what they are doing & not trying to make an extra buck on something your vehicle doesn't need, repairs are done very fast so you & your vehicle can get back on the road and I would trust them with any make any model any time!!!!!!!!

I drive an hour passing several tire shops to take my personal and business vehicles here. They are the best in the area. No one near me can do a front end alignment but these guys get it right!
