Very sad! Went in on black Friday and bought two vapes. One worked well, and the other one doesn't work at all. Customer service was excellent. Just upset about the vape since these thing can be pricey.

Absolutely love this place! I come in monthly and I have my walker and my daughter. They always take the time to help and even have some good conversation. They make u feel like family. God bless guys. See you soon! Also only place that worked tirelessly to find a vendor that had my specific juice and ordered it and sell it cheaper than any other place in the valley!!!! Check them put! You will not be disappointed!!!

I have been going here for years and have spent thousands of dollars. Last night, I bought 2 new vapes, and they both tasted burned. The flavor was completely off. I even asked my boyfriend to taste them to make sure. We both agreed, so I tried to exchange them for another brand I buy and have had no problems with. The girl at the counter told me all sales are final. She tasted them anyway and said they tasted fine to her. I asked her to try again because they were so gross that I can not even smoke them. She refused. I am appalled at the horrible service I received. If someone treats me this way, that's it. I will not spend my hard earned money there ever again. EVER!! I know if the owner had been there, he would have handled things differently, but this girl did not seem to care at all. Too bad. She just kissed at least $4,760 a year away from the business.
