Was traveling through town for work and needed some new juice. Saw some recent reviews and thought i would stop in. Katelynn was knowledgeable and helpful on what would work best with my rig. The store was immaculate! I'm use to the west coast stores that are kind of like casinos where the windows are all blocked off and it's dark, can't read anything. Ample parking available in the lot and all in all a great place. Katelynn greeted me professionally and was interactive with me asking questions on what flavors I liked and brands that I liked and what was comparable. Whatever y'all are paying katelynn, it isnt enough. If it was possible to give more stars I would. Some of these PNW shops could use some training from a store like this. highly recommend.

Went in to get a replacement glass piece and immediately greeted by Katelyn. As far as customer service was concerned she should teach a class. Impeccable customer service. The store was cleaned and well stocked and the prices were very reasonable. I will definitely stop in again when I pass through there.

I got 2 vapes with the bogo promotion and I tried them in the store. One of them didn't work and I wasn't allowed to exchange it for a working one. This is such a scam

They have a reward system now. I noticed anytime I buy over 50$ for some reason I’m never asked for my rewards yet they are typing and typing. Came to find out employee was not notifying customers of reward system so he could use it on his “side” account. I’ve had probably over 500$ in points stolen from their employees. Way I found out is I bought 120$ worth of stuff and then right when I was about to pay I mentioned my rewards and he asked for my number and then “typed” it In and said I wasn’t fully enrolled for rewards I’ve had this “rewards” for a year and use it regularly. He just wanted to the points. Super unprofessional and customer service will say email them or contact them. Nothing ever happens so I’ve given up on them
