We had an amazing experience with Venice Home & Lighting. I drive by there all the time and saw this light fixture in the window that was gorgeous. I finally stopped and it was exactly what I wanted. We ordered it and received it earlier than expected.They did an excellent job of removing existing chandelier and installing new one. The inventory is phenomenal as well. They installed pool lighting. Left exposed wire on the ground. (He denies this but the wire was not buried or in conduit.) In their response Venice lighting indicated they were willing to come back. They were not. They misrepresented what happened. We were willing to pay them for the adjustment in our original plan. But they ABSOLUTELY refused to even come to see what additional work we wanted done. Or look at making sure we were satisfied. Venice lighting did not care about the work they did. Had to hire another electrician to connect to the transformer and to put the wire in conduit. The only thing they wanted was their money--they got it and now they are telling LIES.

David and Dallen did a great job hanging our dinette light. Very professional but easy to talk to about height, bulbs and the dimmer on the light switch. Would definitely use them again.

I cannot say enough great things about Venice Lighting and Cynthia. She is a true professional and helped guide us through selection, scale and installation. Cynthia helped make my mom's house a home. Pictures do not do it justice.

Owners don't respond to phone calls or follow up on finishing a job but do follow up in seconds to negative reviews, yes installation was 100% on half a job, David the owner? said they would not come back because of review and because i cursed at the poor follow up, If they did what was promised their would-be no issues . They are good at changing stories not keeping job commitments, Frauds.....

This is an amazing lighting store but it has so much more! The lights are modern and up to date. You won't find these lights in the box stores! If they don't have what you are looking for they will order it for you. Do you need furniture, they have that too. Couches, bedroom sets, tables. We ordered all new furniture from Venice Lighting. Oh, I also ordered my window treatments there too. If you need help putting your new home together, ask for Melody A. She is an outstanding design consultant. Installation and delivery was also provide. This is an honest family owned store. I would say it is the best lighting store on the West Coast.
