First-time visitors dropped by on a rainy weekend morning. Stayed to enjoy the coffee & food, watching a steady flow of visitors cruise through the doors. Even met the owner, who was welcoming and took the time to recommend their customer favorite menu items (thank you!).

Service: Top notch! Friendly and with a genuine smile. Staff engaged with customers and greeted others by name (clearly frequent customers!).

Food: Spouse tried the brazilian nut waffle with coconut cream (so good!) & I went for the zucchini and pepper quiche, which had just come out of the oven (light crust with airy eggs and savory flavors).

I'm a home cook & baker - everything tried today was delicious. We will definitely return to try more of what they had to offer. They're centrally located in town and a definite stop for any visitor.

Wow wow wow!!! Vida has it all- I am always surprised at how good gluten free pastries can be. The food is the shining star at this place, I would go here just for those chickpea cakes every day.

You know a place is quality when they have healthy plants! Very authentic cafe in trendy, downtown neighborhood. They made a custom GF, vegan -ish carrot cake for my friend’s bday (HBD, Leslie!). Everything is gluten free, a few vegan items in stock. More available by request, very allergy friendly. 🙏🏻 Don’t be in a hurry, it took them 30 minutes to heat up my order (They gave it to someone else.). I was late for my next appointment. 😞

UPDATE- The vegan carrot cake is so good no one complained about it being gluten free! Everything was perfect: color, texture, flavor and presentation. You made my friend’s surprise party a success, thank you. ✨ We liked it so much, I got the same for my bday! I don’t even like carrot cake. LOL The biggest compliment? My picky husband said, “This is so moist, gluten free is never like this.” 🏆

Visiting our daughter here in Ashland for the second time in a year and was introduced to this place by the owner of where we rent. I avoided it for most of the trip the first time because I just thought anything gf was not going to be good. I was wrong. This place is outstanding! Portions are huge!! Lattes are awesome too!

Wonderful gluten free bakery specializing in Pão de Queijo Brazilian cheese bread. The focaccia was delicious and the Pear tart is craveable. We can't wait to try their sandwiches!
