I haven't been in this store in a mighty long time as the location is not the closest grocery store to me. Being unfamiliar with where things are and they are going through a remodel made it a bit of a challenge. That being said, I found where things would be located if they had them. All in all it was a decent experience. The employees I interacted with were kind.

Jan 26, 2025. I purchased a precooked chicken breast and asked Carol if she would slice it. She refused without any explanation. I told her several deli employees have accommodated my request and asked why she would not. Carol said she didn’t care who has done it before but she would not as it was too dangerous. I said, “I guess you’re not much into customer service?” Carol rolled her eyes and responded, “So, do you want it or not?” I told her that of course I wanted it that I was just hoping to get it the way I asked. Having family members employed by Vons I have considered Vons my primary source of grocery needs. I have never been treated rudely by a Vons employee and will avoid any future visits. Very clean and pleasant place to shop. I was Very impressed with the employees, cleanliness of the store and the Helpful staff. Great shopping experience.

The bakery doesn't even deserve a star in my opinion. Placed an order for my daughters first cake Monday May 6th the gentleman who was working that night didn't even seem like he enjoys his job no greetings or anything. My husband asked if we can place an order that day and if it can be ready the next day , he replied saying yes I asked if they can do marble cake he said yes, order the pink ombre MARBLE cake. We noticed the one on display was white that is the reason I asked if they can be able to do other flavors. The next day we pick up the cake and noticed the one on display is gone and when we received our cake the ticket on the cake said WHITE so I asked the gentleman working that day that we had ordered a marble cake not white, he said it was marble that the system doesn't let him print out a different sticker . My husband had mentioned what if they just gave us the display one , I just didn't think anything of it gave them the benefit of the doubt. When we got home and cut her cake we noticed it was the cake on display not the custom cake we ordered.
I have never been so upset and disappointed in my life. Being lied too and having my daughters first cake ruined . Never will we be returning to this store .

Bought some fresh flowers but far from fresh. It was 7pm and they looked like they wanted to sleep. Idk at least mark them down little.

I’m putting 5 stars because I’ve never had a problem with this store until today.

I come into this store every other morning at least 3-4 times a week. Some days I get my coffee and leave, other days I get my groceries then get my coffee afterwards (like I see many people do each day.)
This morning after I got my coffee and was going back to my car one of the female employees followed me out saying “excuse me, excuse me”, I turned around and I thought she was going to tell me that my son dropped something but no, she shouts out for everyone in the parking lot to hear,
asking for me to show her my receipt for my DAIPERS! To be accused of stealing in front of a parking lot full of people is degrading enough. But having ANOTHER woman accuse a mother who is with her BABY getting diapers, is unreal and embarrassing on both parts.

Staff super friendly, very clean, restrooms very very clean. There is a US bank inside. They also have Redbox.
