So I went here for ONLY the garden section for mums and yet I come inside to check out and there's four workers I see back there but yet none of them was working the cashier desk. I finally had to ask one of them and they sent me all the way up front when I was parked back there . I would just suggest to not get a fresh shipment of plants and have the doors opened to enter there but no cashier back there. Very inconvenient for those only coming for the garden section. And this was not the only time this has happened to me.

They told my father he couldn't send me money with walmart to walmart saying he reached his limit! They only have limits per day! It was the first transaction for him and his only for the day!

So I’m in the men’s room today using the urinal and this guy is finishing up in the stall he comes out puts on his blue Walmart vest don’t flush the toilet and walks out of the bathroom and back to work without washing his hands (just hope he doesn’t work in the deli) then I go to meet my wife at the cheek out and this poor older man in the next register over was looking really lost and confused about something we had 5 Walmart employees standing there watching people self checking out like we were all stealing something and not one of them ask the man if he needed assistance I guess if they had that only would have left 4 vultures watching over the lines Walmart in guntersville has gotten so big that they forgot what got them there but i know this nothing last forever so enjoy your time on top for as long as you can and I would definitely address your employee policy on handwashing before going back to work like the sign in the bathroom says I know they can read as they had to fill out a application to get a job

It's Walmart. What can you say. It's OK. This location is not as clean as the one on Brindlee Mountain. Employees see distracted and rude at times. Has a few more items than Brindlee Mountain, but almost always super crowded! I try to avoid it.

Nice to see all the money spent on adding a pick up side to Walmart when everything else has been neglected in the store not to mention i ordered something and the Walmart delivery guy took it to the wrong house and then blocked my number so i couldn't call him to make it right. Walmart was no help with recovering my item, this is so unprofessional i dont even know where to begin. Ridiculous.

I hate this place!!! The lack of customer service is incredible. The prices keep creeping up. You can't get anyone to answer the phone while you're in the store trying to find an associate. And when you do find one, they are pushing a cart and say they can't help you. They want you to self check out, but then don't trust you're being honest about what you bought. Ive hated Wal-Mart's for a long time. I wish management would do anything.

I am truly sick of this location. First thing is this location does not have the same products of other locations….2nd part is the people are rude……reason 3 if you work the Spark app & your not tipping the employees then they will skip you (multiple drivers are reporting bc the employees have friends & family members working the same job which I have an attorney blowing my phone up about filing a claim which is tempting but I chose to move on ) infact I believe Colorado drivers are suing right now. I have stopped shopping here for bow on bc the only to hit a corporation is to remove your support! Just the staff at this location is filled with majority poor individuals. And as far as the elderly people I help care for, I will burn my gas to never return to this location!
