I recently visited and had a great experience. The owners are helpful and friendly. The store itself is well organized and clean. They also offer a variety of small snacks and other items. Most importantly water is clean and good quality. Will make this my regular spot!

1st the regular h2o is good, The owner guy unfortunately doesn't seem to like customers coming into the store to get regular h2o though. I always understood the concept of paying for goods and business owners making a decent living. He doesn't seem to be a happy camper being there. He's usually will try to send you to the outside regular h2o machine even when he has no customers inside, he will literally direct you there 'use machine. I have 10 1 gal bottles.
Unfortunately this whole scenario is usually the case unless someone else is working that day. another water store needs to open very close by that seems more appreciative and has better customer service..
I called this store recently and now I know the not good review I left was not meant for water ice cream store off chicago by wss- it was actually meant for water ice cream store in canyon crest town center. the people over this phone at the chicago store was very informative and polite on the phone. very sorry for prior poor review so I have updated. my apologies 5*

The worrker there was great and extremely helpful. They have great pricing for filling 5 gallon jugs and there are carts available for you to help bring your water jugs to your car.
