I had trouble finding what I wanted to order. An associate “Yuri” super nice young lady came from behind the food counter and helped me. What a great personality and attitude. Very pleasant I hope Wawa gives her a thousand dollars! We laughed together I am not sure if screen changed or I am blind it was right in front of me only at the bottom. Thank you

Big gas station, very clean, restrooms clean, store very well organized, coffee is great and lady on front was nice and polite

Went in for dinner and twice i was told they didn't have what I wanted and it'll take to long to make fresh. I love some of the people who work there and the food is amazing sometimes but to be told twice by the same person is very upsetting.

I got a full tank of gas over $40 and then ordered food from there as well added up to over 25 and then I was treated like I was stealing or trying to do something with negative intentions.
There was a mistake on my order I called spoke to the beverage manager she said she would leave a note next morning I went there after spending time with my daughter at ICU and I'm driving up over 3 hours one way didn't get back to that store until the next morning to get my order corrected and then I was treated like I was you know trying to pull a fast one or steal from the store having one of the employees that wasn't even included in the conversation chime in with this negative attitude with me and then you know them standing there pointing out that they didn't even have the item well then they should not have it on their app!! I was so aggravated from for waiting 45 minutes to get nothing not even I'm sorry about that or what for the mistake not even you know I told him I would just go ahead and get something else to drink but then being looked at like some lowlife and their attitudes is negativity coming off of them I don't need that I don't think any customer would have appreciated it and guaranteed I wouldn't appreciate it nor would they have appreciated it if somebody treated them in that manner!! I mean what what is someone to do when it's three against one! The whole demeanor with their attitudes against me as if I was in the wrong I wasn't they were!! I won't stop there again matter of fact I don't even care about this app anymore does anybody want these points cuz I don't!!!

Clean. Nice place to stops, esp to get coffee. They have selections of french vanilla, hot chocolate too. I think they also have some hot food. Good price gas too.

Update! Real pretzles are back! Thank you WaWa.

~~They changed their pretzels to some kind of awful pretender. It has a pretzel shape but tastes like disappointment. It shouldn't even be called a pretzel. If you travel up the east coast every WaWa has a good pretzel until you reach Florida. Customer service is great. Their sandwiches are great. Bring back real pretzels please.~~

I went to Wawa to put gas and get some food. I spent more than half an hour waiting for my food for them to tell me to re-order it because they didn’t have it. I saw the employees getting my sandwich they was almost made and throw it in the garbage because they didn’t know what they were doing I will not return to this wawa again

Great customer service. They are very customer oriented both employs and management. Had an issue with the app and a discount being applied and both the associate and manager Joshua took care of the issue. As a side note - good pizza. Nice flavor but not too greasy and the garlic crust has a nice flavor. Overall pleased with the service.
