He was slammed this morning but handled himself efficiently. Dispite having at least 5 or more clients waiting at open, Austin maintained his smile and jovial demeanor while moving the line along.

These people are the absolute coolest - I made my very first marijuana purchase as a 21 year old here and they were so awesome about it, letting me take my time to look, even explaining to the other customers that it was my birthday 🙂 Mat says I'm still his only 2002 baby so far! The staff here is so friendly and amazing, their prices are super affordable, and the atmosphere is incredible! I love this place so much <3

I was accidentally rude to one of the employees here, to absolutely no fault of their own. I make no excuses. The customer service was amazing, in spite of my very seemingly pretentious and snappy quip. I assure you, that is not how it was intended. I'm certain you saw my "dear-in-the-headlights" look and were eager to assuage my confusion. I do not naturally 'people' well unless I am my best self, and I was not at all, my best self that day. (Several weeks ago.) My lesser brain was trying to save you time and effort and let you know I wasn't as confused as I looked. It came out horribly when it was meant to be, "oh, thank you. I am merely indecisive and know exactly what I'm looking for." Suffice to say, you and your team are great and handled my attitude with professionalism and even kindness. I'll be back.
