I came in for an exchange and was in a huff as I was almost hit in the parking lot. I was short with the sales ladies upon coming in and I profusely apologized for my behavior. They took it in stride, and were the utmost professionals and helped me with no attitude or issues, even with my horrible attitude coming in. Thank you ladies for assisting me on 7 Oct with my exchange and assisting me with picking out a few other items in store. I truly do appreciate your patience with me and helping me pick out some new fall pieces.

I was shopping at Bridge Street looking for a birthday present for my mom. When I walked past the store and the aesthetic drew me in! Then while inside I had the most helpful sales associate, I think her name was Tiffany. She was so helpful, asked me some questions about my mom’s style and ended up helping me choose a blouse that my mom ended up loving! Would definitely recommend going there and shopping around!

Clothes are overpriced and not good quality. I purchased a sweater from here. I washed it according to the instructions on the tag and it shrunk significantly, to the point I cannot wear it anymore. For one use and the high price tag, I expected much more. Will not be shopping here again

The stuff are changed. My sister and I usually shopped here, the staff are very friendly and nice. But when I was there yesterday with my husband and my son. My husband and my son were sitting on the chair waiting for me while I was looking for some clothes. I don't know why maybe because we are Asians. Saleslady just walked through my husband and my son, then shook her head. She did this a few times. Disappointed ?

Had some great deals. Excited about my purchases of a cute pink 1 shoulder blouse and a pair of slacks. Also found a great pair of slacks and blouse on the 50% off rack. The 1st staff person I encountered wasn't as warm and engaging but a second staff member redeemed my shopping experience by being warm and suggestive of items I might be interested in.
