They don't answer their phone during business hours. The recording says to leave a message but they don't call back. I have made repeated attempts without success.

Do not use this company. They are scammers. I have been trying to reach them for one week for a return label for a refund on an unopened package. They do not answer their phone during regular business hours. I have left 10 detailed voicemails. No one has gotten back to me. Their returns are only within 7 days and unopened. So they drag it along so that 7 Days passes so you cannot get your refund.

Just some cheap products that exists mostly on Amazon. I bought a cream a while ago from Amazon is is just poor quality. The claims they are making on their products fall into the drug category and the products are not FDA approved. Also, they are not using the official "cruelty-free" logo. Way too many doubts about how legitimate this is so I got rid of the moisturizer.
