I would just like to update, I absolutely ADORE miss Carolyn. I brought in one of my late grandmothers rings to have repaired and resized for me to wear and it was very sentimental to me. She took great care is such a kind lady and always the sweetest to us! She’s a Gem!

I dropped my beautiful engagement ring off for a cleaning and she is so sparkly! The staff at Wiley’s are all amazing! My mother in law also recently got her original rings redone and loves them as well! Great service and the cleanings are amazing! Also very fast I was able to pick up a day early! Thank you Ashley! (I believe Ashley was also the sweet lady who helped me find me ring when we first came in to look and she was so sweet and helped me find what I really liked, she made it really easy)

Karen was great and helped us through an extremely stressful time of thinking my wife's wedding ring was irreparably damaged.

We originally bought my wife's wedding ring from Wiley's years ago and have since moved more than an hour away. Because of this we took her ring to a local jeweler for a damaged prong. The other jeweler soldered multiple prongs together to "make it stronger" and caused quite a bit of damage.

Wiley's was able to undo the other jeweler's issues and we can hardly tell anything was ever wrong with the ring.

Wiley's will be our jeweler from now on, no matter how far the drive is!

It took me some time to decide to reconstruct my engagement ring after serval years of pulling photos and making sketches of settings. I had so many questions and uncertainties, including cost, security of my stones, timing, scale and sizing of the new ring. I was converting a modern setting to an antique setting while keeping as many of the stones in my original ring. Skyler met with me, listened to my ideas, helped me look at settings, and answered the many questions I had as this was my first experience with a custom jewelry piece. Her patience with me as I changed my mind, made additions and subtractions, was nothing but graceful, kind, and professional. All the while she offered experienced guidance and advice with sizing and placement of my stones. When I opened the box to look at my new ring I was delighted by new setting- absolutely stunning!!! Wiley’s Jewelers is a wonderful place that has great customer service. All the employees show excellent knowledge of their products and make sure to understand what it is you need. There are no high pressure sales-only a very friendly sales team trying to please their customers.
Skyler went above and beyond helping me determine what I wanted when I was ready to get a custom ring made. She gave her opinion as needed, answered all my many questions, and was very helpful in guiding me to see the ring that I wanted for my custom piece.

Wiley's has done an incredible job for us! We are a young couple in our early 20's and went into Wiley's after experiencing some rudeness at another jewelry store in the area, and were so encouraged by the way Wiley's handled everything. We were instantly greeted with friendship and professionalism, and we knew instantly that we wanted to work with them to build my engagement ring! Lauren, Vanessa, and Tricia helped tremendously and were there to answer each and every question we had about anything. They even showed me some customs that they had done in the past, which helped me to trust that they could handle my design (I am very picky). There were no hidden agendas or things gone untold. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this place for couples! I will post pictures once everything is done 🙂

Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable. Even when I hemmed and hawed and couldn't decide between two ring sizes for the work my rings needed, Ashley couldn't have been more gracious, patient or reassuring. The jeweler's work is flawless - you'd never know work had been done, and it was even ready earlier than promised. I know my repair job was very small in the scheme of things, but I was still treated like it was the most important thing happening. My husband is a local small business owner, so I understand the important role small, local businesses have in our community, and I will happily bring these folks my business every time i need something.

My husband decided to do something nice for my birthday but found jewelry shopping a daunting task until he found his way to Wylie’s in Waxahachie. Customer service is top notch with an excellent selection. Skip all those chains and shop local Ellis County! We have since purchased two rings from them and could not have had a better experience. I am rather hard on my rings with our busy lifestyle and Wylie’s has done an excellent job helping me keep my rings serviced and sparkly clean.
