This place was great until recent years. The inside of the main building is permanently closed and using maps to find stores is very difficult because it’ll say the store is right there but it’s actually on the other side of the building. The physical maps don’t help much either. There’s still a few great stores but this mall as a whole has fallen so far… it’ll likely never be as great as it was in the early to mid 2000s again. It’s not really a mall anymore. It’s just a bunch of stores connected to each other externally with little to no hang out spots and absolutely no bathrooms as far as I could tell. Overall this isn’t a mall anymore. It’s just a bunch of random stores with nothing stringing them together and nothing that makes a mall a mall. Nostalgia won’t let me forget the amazing mall that’s no longer with us. Corporate killed the Lancaster Mall. The rename was a warning of what would happen and we ignored it…

I’d raise my rating if I could accurately find a store based on either the physical maps or digital map apps on foot.

Friendly, nicely dressed attendants, + food court cashiers are also friendly and nicely dressed.. The main entrance area, seating area, and bathrooms are all spotless! Concessions are quite expensive and as usual, theatre popcorn is grrreat!!!

Updated ; lines are much nicer with new line system. Quicker and nicer experience.
They do have a ticket kiosk you can use. Popcorn is okay, sometimes it's horribly salty other times it's just fine.
Biggest complaint is how absolutely freezing cold it gets during the movies. It almost feels like they had the ac on all winter.

Cleaning and updating the mall has made it pleasant and feel safer. Please get more handicap. Definitely need more handicapped parking.

I wasn't sure if I would like it, now that there is no longer a "mall" as we once knew indoor shopping.
I like it. Looks sharp and nice size shops.

Went to TJ Maxx for a gift for a gift exchange. The selection is incredible!!!! There is everything from nail polish sets to hot cocoa sets and everything in between....even Gucci and Robert Kore. Something in every price range. I was a little sad I had all shopping done! 😂

I got the pasta Alfredo, I asked if I could sub the shrimp for the Spicey shrimp. The server said no problem, when he brought my food he said..”hmm I hope this is the Spicey one,” before I ate my food I asked for a spoon to help eat my pasta. I also ordered a glass of wine to have with my meal. The server did not bring the spoon, did not bring the glass of wine and the shrimp was not spicey…there was no white to the Alfredo sauce, it was all butter. Terrible service, not great food. This is an epic date night fail. SERVERS, remember, when someone comes to date with their husband (or anyone) keep in mind this may be one of few date nights that they have enjoyed together.
