This was the smoothest purchase of a vehicle I have ever had. Mike Simpson and the Manager of dealership were very knowledgable, friendly, and go above and beyond to make sure we understood everything about the vehicle and the documents we were signing with no surprises. Will definitely recommend them to friends.

$62. Part cost $337. To replace. Diagnostic, part, less than an hour in the door. Most places wave the diagnostic charge when moving forward with the repair. I understand the $135 labor charge. But things just don't add up for a first time user of William Chevrolet, for the first time purchase of a truck, I got railroaded into a very high cost for a very insignificant and cheap repair.

I went to the Quick Lube for my service. The mechanics were professional and courteous, they showed me the parts being replaced as well as the new parts. I really liked the team work they displayed.

It was easy to purchase. Sales agent was available as soon as I walked in. The wholw procee took 5 hours. Wish that would speed up. Everyone one was very nice, knowledgeable and attentive

I took a trip back in time when I purchased my new used truck here. You remember when a handshake meant something and a man's word was his bond. That's what I got at Williams. Brent Goff was my salesperson. No pressure...no BS. He let me know what he could do and fought to get us together. I got a great value for my trade in and a market price on the truck I purchased. After the purchase I discovered several problems after I had already paid them.
1. I had no clue about half the features.
Brent sat in the parking lot a and taught me everything I needed to know about the truck features

2. My phone wouldn't hook up.
Brent and his manager had the service dept download software and fixed the hookup

3. I got an error involving the Def system.
They fixed a temperature error

4. My twilight popped up with an error.
Instead of just replacing a bulb, they found a hole in the tail light cover that would have caused me problems in the future. They replaced the whole tail light assembly.
They charged nothing! They had my money and still stood behind the truck.
I haven't been this impressed with any business in years. 10 stars for this business.

Nathen Thomas was excellent to work with. We were able to get Bolt EUV order placed relatively quickly at the end of March. Nathen kept me updated at key milestones (i.e. production week, projected delivery) during the process. Arranging financing was straightforward, and wound up being with an entity I already have a business relationship with.
