Always treated like family. Works hard to get everything right and make sure you are satisfied. Good price, doesn't over charge or do any unnecessary work without you knowing. I won't go anywhere else to have my lawn and garden tools serviced and as long as he has what I need, I'll buy from Willis Turf.

I have been a customer for many years. Rodney has always treated me with respect and has gone out of his way to make sure everything is right. When I left there today, he said, "If there is anything I can do for you, just call." I know that he meant that.

If you go in and know exactly what you want, this dude gets you in and out. I see how he might seem rude as I have read some reviews on here. But in my opinion, people who have a problem with his directness probably don't deal with mechanics regularly. I understand and respect it. I'll be a return customer.

Waited 10 days for a part. They never called me.then I called. Still no part. Only then did they check on it. Never did get the parts. Asked for the cross reference number. They wouldn't give it to me. I guess they never watched the miracle on 34th Street. Not my kinda people to do business with.

Waited 4 weeks for them to change a deck belt and run a diagnostic on a riding mower. They never even called to tell me what the diagnostic showed or to let me know it was finally ready. They just did the additional repairs without approval. Everyone outside and in the shop seemed really angry, mostly with each other. I will not be back and would not reccommend until they make some serious business and culture changes.

I have been working with Rodney for three years. He has always gone out of his way to help us when needed. 1st rate business man and great mechanic. We have bought our last 4 machines from Rodney and the crew at Willis and have received nothing but the best service and value for our money. Would give him a 10 if I could. Thanks Willis Turf!

I had a terrible experience with this lawn mower dealership. The salesperson was pushy and didn't listen to my needs or budget. They sold me a mower that was way too expensive and didn't even work properly. When I tried to return it, they refused and were extremely rude to me. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone and will never do business with them again.
