I have purchased many vehicles from numerous dealerships through the years, Windy Ford is but far the most professional, most friendly and most transparent. They did exactly as they said the would and the entire transaction was completed in minutes, not hours like most dealerships!! There cannot be a better place to purchase a vehicle.

My 2022 Bronco Sport locked up entirely after the battery died. We were unable to put it in neutral and move it so that we could get our other car out of the garage. We live maybe 2 blocks from Windy and Ford advertises they will come to you. Instead they had it towed to the dealership at our cost. Once they decided that the battery was the issue, they quoted us $250 for a new one but would have to order it. I found that O'Reilly's had a battery in stock for the same price and said I'd buy it and have it delivered to Ford. They said "Oh no." They'd have to buy it and it would cost us $450 not knowing that we already had price checked it. $200 mark up is not acceptable. They had us over a barrel so we agreed to let them order their battery. It took two days to get in. This issue (upon googling it) is a well known issue that Ford is ignoring rather than recalling vehicles and fixing it. It's a dangerous issue. Very displeased and will never buy Ford again.
