Great customer service by Adam. He spend arround 15 minutes trying to help me find a size 14 for my son. We didn't find anything, so I ended up purchasing 2 shorts. He was so helpful I just couldn't leave empty handed. When he was done ringing me up. Another gentleman that I observed Adam assisting on the floor came up wanting to be rang up by Adam. The little girl next to Adam kept on insisting in an overbearing unprofessional way repeatedly- atleast 4 times. Imposing on the customer that she is next & he needs to be rang up with her. Even though the customer insisted ' But this young man helped me' ' I was waiting specifically for him ' ' But he took the time to help me'. The customer was physically uncomfortable not knowing what to do, trying to prevent a confrontation with the bossy young lady. ' No, but it's my turn. You HAVE TO be rang up by me. Adam was to professional to say anything.

I brought my son here he loves wss i always come to any wss i let my son pick his shoes hes 6yrs. He and i love coming here plus we bond while he we look at kicks.. wish was millionaire would buy all dope sneakers

Good customer service at the time I went.
Saturday afternoon, the salesperson behind the counter, it was his first day at this store, he was transferred from the store on La Cienega Blvd. (Closed). Bought me some walking shoes, this young guy helped me out quite of bit,took his time and showed me a few pairs, even gave me an advised of a pair of walking shoes that sells a lot, tried them out, he was right on.
I liked them, I bought them.
He was telling me that He's also going to trade school to learn welding and get a certificate.
Awesome, education pays off. I also sold shoes for three yrs. Then, I decided to get a certificate and licenses from the Federal Aviation Administration as an AMT Aviation Maintenance Technician.
Now I earn $65.00 hr. And I'm always getting calls for job opportunities.
I get to choose who I want to work for and for how long.

I advised this young guy to stay or keep on going to school and achieve what he wants out of this short life we have. Good job!👍

I recently visited this Warehouse Shoe Store in Hawthorne, CA, and unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing. From the moment I entered, the environment felt unwelcoming and uncomfortable. The store had a pervasive smell of alcohol, which was not only off-putting but also made me feel uneasy about the professionalism of the staff.

The customer service was subpar. The demeanor of the employees was rude and dismissive, which is unacceptable in any retail setting. Additionally, there was an unsettling attempt at intimidation by the staff that made me feel very uncomfortable. This behavior included unwarranted profiling and creating an unsafe atmosphere for customers.

The store itself lacked a warm, inviting environment, making it difficult to focus on finding what I needed. Overall, the experience was distressing and unprofessional. I hope the management addresses these issues to ensure a more respectful and safe shopping experience for all customers in the future.

its somewhat small but has an amazing selection of shoes. Also the people there are so kind. though the prices on some of the socks and cleaning supplies are a bit pricey, i just get it if I'm feeling good and are on clearance.

Clean Store. Parking is decent and the variety of shoes at this location is fair... I went in looking for shoes for my kids and well pricess were a little high considering is back to school week.

The Cashier was very nice and walked me through everything I needed to know about getting discounts and redeeming points.
