I just wanted to share the most wonderful experience that I had in your store. I shopped at the El Segundo location on June 11th.The store was very well organized. The sales associate, Erica was outstanding! Her customer service was excellence. I purchased the cutest sterling silver LOVE necklace. Great job Erica!

This place use to be very nice and I loved to shop here now how ever I would never shop here anymore because the customer service is not up to par. I'm not sure if it's because of new management or what it is. This place use to take good care of me as a customer now they treated me bad and I also lost money and my beautiful piece of jewelry dealing with them as well. I say take your money someplace where you are appreciated as a customer
