An incredible family run small business that continues to deliver the best Disney items for those on a budget. I have terminal cancer and lost my 7 year old daughter who was a Disney fanatic. The crew at wdw bring magic to my door when I cannot get to the parks and recently I went through surgery and needed sweats Megan was nice enough to tag me in a live and specifically searched for my size and showed me tons of options. There customer service is unmatchable.

I recently got a new phone and knew i wanted an authentic Disney cell phone cover similar to one I purchased in the parks for my previous cell phone. Shipping once my orders have been placed were incredibly fast and they also have a really convenient pickup option for last minute and discounted goodies from the outlets! I placed my order for these wonderful ears from your WDW store on Monday. I got them on Thursday, the fastest I’ve ever received any DISney item that I’ve ever ordered. WDW store sent email updates throughout the entire process, when they received the order, when it was shipped, etc. I highly recommend using your WDW Store if you are an avid Disney fan. Be wary of their business practices. They list items on the site heavier than they are so that their web host will increase their shipping. Multiple customers have complained about their shipping methods. They take 0 accountability of any mistakes they make. I ordered multiple items through a FB shopping live and I was never given an invoice and my account was deactivated. They would rather lose money than honor their rule of “once we buy it it’s yours to purchase”. My items were released to their other customers when they were gifts for my 3 y/o daughter. Orders take longer than they should due to poor work ethic and the employees playing video games.

Little oversharing backstory on how I stumbled upon this family business:
I am a Tampa native and love visiting the parks. However, life happened and I moved to another state and am unable to visit as often as I would like to.
My family and I recently celebrated my son’s 3rd birthday at the parks and when you have children, you understand that there is no limit to their happiness. Before heading home, we stopped at the Character Warehouse and purchased some merch. One of these items being a sippy cup and straw for my son.
Fast forward to about a week later, the cup ended up in the dishwasher and destroyed. I was sooo upset, it was baby Yoda.
This launched me into obsessively trying to replace the dang cup and I found WDW website, hastily I requested a membership and joined their FB pages.
Upon acceptance, I was immersed into a live shopping day where I spotted the cups designed similarly to the yoda one. I commented, could you please see if they have one there?
WITHOUT hesitation, Jenn and Kimmy walked to that section and checked. Unfortunately baby Yoda was GONE.
But this act of true customer care and dedication won me over. Not only did they show care for my needs,, but for everyone else.
Their lives tend to last 3 hours- 3 HOURS in that small, cramped store. They do not complain, but they do make sure everyone is taken care of.
You’re probably wondering- Since this day, I have not found the Yoda cup to replace the destroyed one, but I have become a dedicated customer who has only had positive experiences with the family.

AS A REMINDER, this is a family business. This is not an Old Navy or Target. They are not Disney associates. They created a business to bring people cheer and they only charge 13% on top of the products final cost.
Some orders process longer than others, because the orders have to be manually processed. There is no warehouse workers, logistical workers. You cannot expect Prime delivery. However, I have found delivery time to be a reasonable turn around.
In the short month I have been a member I have noticed a lot of new customers treating this family like they are below them. Or older members who have become entitled and boss the family and other members around.
Fortunately, the family has a strict policy of banning people from the group who tend to get abusive.

I do not personally know this family, but I am extremely amazed at how they treat every person. They literally go out of the way for US. They are a top-tier family business.

i didn’t have to use customer service at all but i got my pin wrapped up super well and it arrived so fast! i really appreciate that they sell stuff from the parks as i left the parks just a couple before the resort christmas pins came out. thanks!
